We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We shall provide a unique Security Password to you so as to enable you to access your personal information.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia and any courts, which may hear appeals from those courts.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 1300 727278. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have confirmed your order.
All prices quoted are Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless specifically otherwise indicated.
Delivery and Shipping Policy
(1) All deliveries to pre-agreed locations will be in accordance with the rates set out in the delivery schedule of Michelin Australia. Michelin Australia reserves the right to change the rates at any time and the Purchaser shall be informed of any such changes. Any changes to the pre-agreed locations may attract additional administrative charges.
(2) Michelin Australia may deliver Products by instalments but if it fails to deliver a particular instalment by a date specified for delivery, the Purchaser is not entitled to cancel the order for the Products.
(3) Notwithstanding any other provision in these Conditions, Michelin Australia will not be liable to the Purchaser for any failure or delay in supplying Products.
Claims for damage and short delivery
The Purchaser agrees to inspect the Products immediately on receipt. The Purchaser shall notify Michelin Australia of any shortage or damage by annotating and signing the consignment note retained by the carrier, failing which the Purchaser shall not have any claims against Michelin Australia.
Cut Off Times.
Tyres for delivery on the next available delivery must be placed before the cut off times. Different times apply for same day (metro only), next day or next available delivery. The next delivery time is shown at your time of order placement. Tyres maybe forward ordered, for a delivery upto 30 days in advance
Tyres ordered after cut off times will be classed as a next day order. Orders placed after cut off time on a Friday will be classed as a Monday order and delivered on the next available delivery run.
Tyres ordered on a Public holiday will be classed as a next working day order and delivered on the next available delivery run.
For Metro same day deliveries orders must be placed before 10.00 am
For deliveries in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Tasmania and Perth metropolitan areas, an order placed before the 5:00pm cut-off time will be delivered the next day by 3:30pm. All South Australian customers have 1:30pm cut-off time. ALL LOCAL TIMES ONLY.

Tyres ordered for Pick up must be ordered before the cut off time and the delivery date changed to pick up.
Tyre orders can only be delivered to the store location assigned to the log in. Delivery addresses are not changeable.
Product estimated time of arrival.
When a product is shown as out of stock where possible an ETA for the product will be shown. This ETA is an estimation only of when the product is expected back in stock and available for sale. It is not a confirmation that product is available for supply on that date
We will respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during normal working hours.
The reference to the status of a product as available or unavailable is made for your convenience. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the delivery of ordered products, from time to time an out-of stock situation may arise subsequent to your order being made but prior to your order being picked. Placement of your order does not reserve stock.
Customer will be advised via e-mail should goods not be available.
The Purchaser may only return Products with the prior written consent of Michelin Australia, which consent it may withhold in its absolute discretion. Michelin Australia will only credit returns if it receives Products in their original condition.
To return a tyre please contact Customer service on 1300 727878 to arrange a Goods Return Authority. Tyres returned within 48hours of delivery maybe returned free of charge. Outside of this period a handling charge will apply.
When customers submit sensitive information via the website, such information is protected both online and off-line. Where sensitive information is required, the transmission of information is encrypted and protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
